it broke after two months,

the watch looks beautiful, i got it for my husband as an anniversary gift.
the parts you think are glass are actually plastic, but it doesn't take away from the pretty look of it. it did break after two months. and there are no clear and concise directions on where to send it to get it fixed. We have a tiny piece of paper that came with the watch...it's unclear but we're pretty sure we have to send it back to Charles-Hubert and see what they can do for us. But that tiny piece of paper also states clearly that they'll only fix it if it's a product defect. so who knows what's going to happen with it. I wouldn't recommend this product. I spend over $250 on this watch to have it be a headache two months later...not worth it. |
