DO NOT ORDER FROM CHARLES & MARIE! I'm one of many who have had a bad experience ordering from them. The products were really tempting so I ordered several months ago and thankfully, I received my order (unlike quite a few other people, even less lucky than I), but they sent an item in the wrong color and I decided against keeping it regardless of whether they'd send the correct color or not.
I sent it back and they didn't credit me for the return. So they might as well have not sent it to me in the first place. Tried to get it touch with them about it and haven't heard from them since. Now, their customer service number listed on the website is out of service and they're rated with an F from the BBB. Short the cash I had chalked up to buy the item, I'm wishing that I hadn't ordered from them in the first place. |
