This Bible is filled with the teachings of Charles Stanley and presents the Word of God in a way that makes God's voice almost audible. This Bible takes difficult to understand teachings and easily applies it to WHATEVER you are going through in life. The organiztion of the Bible makes it easy to just "pick up, open, and be profoundly touched by the Word of God." I HIGHLY recommend this Bible...it is WONDERFUL beyond words!!!

There are two great points about this Bible. First, the New King James version is highly understandable, while most likely, conveying the "correct" tone and impression. Second, Charles Stanley's accompanying, explanatory text, builds substantially upon the first point. The large print edition is very enjoyable to read. The Bible is remarkable.

Dr. Stanley's Life Principles Bible is even better than I expected. The large print edition makes reading and studying it even better.

This bible is such a wonderful asset to anyone that loves to read their bible,..& is written as only This very special person could write,...
you can easily find anything,...I especially love the page numbers for easy reference,..& "the life lessons" are just so inspiring,..Thank God for this wonderful man,...

Sorry Amazon, but the specifics of what version of Bible is actually for sale is needed on site....I can find nowhere specifically where it is indicated to be NASB or KJV. This info would be most helpful. I did order the life principles bible and received the KJV, and it was not what I wanted as I did indeed want the NASB version. As I said, more specifics are needed by Amazon as to which version is being sold.

This is a best find! I sincerely appreciate Dr. Stanley's effort putting this Bible together. Dr. Stanley's shared experience with his walk with the Lord as described in this book is invaluable. I ordered the large print in hard cover. This is a perfect study and meditation Bible for my quiet time with the Lord. A great price, too! Thank God for this wonderful gift.

This is a wonderful Bible in that Dr. Stanley explains things in a very simple way using language that even a toddler could understand. Perfect for study group, Sunday School and private study at home.

The title certainly delivers the promise. In looking for information related to what's going on in my life, this book will be able to point to scriptures that will place one in a perfect place without fumbling all over the place. Great job Mr. Stanley.

This book arrived promptly in great condition. The large print and the study guides are a blessing for my daily reading of the best book ever! I highly recommend both the idea of spending time daily reading God's word, and this particular edition for the addition of the wise words of Dr. Stanley. Time spent with God is never wasted.
