Our repeat order arrived promptly, well-packed, and in good condition. The rings have both a nice flavor and a nice texture. We use them in paella, and also saute them along with bay scallops and small shrimp to which we add a white wine reduction.

I was leery of ordering these at first but I need not have feared. They are packed well, firm and tastes great. the recipes are endless and If you are not in a location where you can buy them right off the boat, this is the next best thing. I use them a lot in mixed seafood dishes and have had great results. I can very much recommend these little critters for your dinning pleasure.
