To call this a wonderful "game" seems a little limiting. Memory is a fun game, and the cards are certainly beautiful, and very sturdy. However, this game can be used for more than just the game of memory. The cards are sturdy enough to be stacked and built with (something my toddler loves about them), and the colors and pictures stimulate the imagination and senses. I recommend this game highly not just to people that have children that enjoy playing "Memory", but also to parents of toddlers that like to build and look at pictures.

This is a lovely and unique memory card game. I bought it for my son as a gift. WOuld make a great gift for children or adults of all ages. I play it more than my son.

My children ages 3 and 6 love this memory game and choose it over the other versions we have in our home. They are artists at heart and avid naturalists, so this one really appeals to them. And to me too! I highly recommend this game as a way to have fun together and to introduce the wonderful art of Charley Harper.

This is a beautiful game, makes playing kid's games more fun for an adult, and it's an old favorite.
I played memory with my kids, now with my grandkids.

this is a nice grandparents gift to grandkids. it works for the right kid who is inquisitive and likes to handle items.

Charley Harper's images are uniquely beautiful - I bought this game not so much to play, but to frame the unique and beautiful cards as a decorative addition to my home. I recently discovered there is a Charley Harper puzzle for tiny babies I will be buying for my nephew - you simply cannot go wrong with Charley Harper. I played the actual memory game at a friend's house, and while the game itself is a classic, the beautiful artistry of Harper made the game so much more enjoyable - we were paying more attention to the beautiful images than "remembering" who turned over which card where. A true keepsake item.

I came across this beautiful game recently, and fell in love with the delightful bird illustrations (there are bugs, stones, and forests, too) --- then I remembered how much my children loved a similar memory game. I haven't been a fan of the Charley Harper bird calendars and such, but for some reason I love the bird drawings in this game.

So, I ordered this Charley Harper game for my little granddaughter. She's a bit young to play memory, but not too young to enjoy pretty birds she can pick up and play with as tiny blocks. Three cheers for an old favorite given vibrant life!

I have played with this too many times to count with my 4 year old, now playing with my second child who is turning 1.
The memory cards are durable (essential for a teething 1 yr old), illustrations are eye catching, my 4 year old can smoke me now with this memory game.
This would make a great gift!

I love this game....but not just because it's a game. It has become a personal library shelf inhabitant. It's colorful and fun.....a little memory jogger for one of my all time favorite artists.
