Although this book was written some time ago, it is still a very good and thorough biography. If you want to get to know the artist and the woman behind it, I highly recommend it. The only draw back is that all pictures are in black and white. But then, all books were printed in black and white when this book was written. And you can always buy an exhibition catalogue as well for the colours.
