E comes so tite on this whole thang...from beginnin to end, every song gets ya head bouncin, the beats are incredible..makes it sound like theres a garilla tryin ta get up out tha trunk..everybody from kali ta miami, from LA to da bay needs to get this joint!

This cd is tite. Much better than his last album "The Element of Surprise". Track #8 is the best, but pretty much the whole cd is good except for a couple songs. Go get it.

An amazing album...one of the best of any genre. DEEP EastBay Cali Street Funk. The beats are sick, production super tight, E-40 at the top of his, or anyone else's, game. He's spittin, as usual, on totally another level...flows like water while stayin hard as nails and hot as fire...too fast only if you're listenin too slow. Listen to this one and then listen again. This is deep.

If you are a E-40 fan you probably own this already. But for those other bandwagon ridin fools:PLEASE PURCHASE THIS!!! This is the best E40 album to me.Other are good but this is the best HANDS DOWN!

E-40 has always been the tightest. I'm 21 and I remember when he first came out with Federal, that was when I first got up on it. I don't have all his cd's but E-40 come tight on every one of them. Being from the west coast and all I think that he's comes with it. Keep up the work 40 water I'm listenin' to Charlie Hustle as we speak. urrrrrrrrrr what's uper! peace frisco here!

E-40's rich lyrical talent shines through with tight producing skills, and an album so sick, it just bumbles through your speakers and makes your head bounce.

E-40 IS AT THIS ONCE AGAIN BLOWIN ALL OTHERS OUT THE WATER, THIS TIME WITH APPEARANCES BY CASH MONEY AND OTHERS, THE BOY IS JUST DEVASTATING WITH HIS LYRICS. PLEASE SUPPORT 40 FONZARELLI AND THE V-TOWN CITY AND GET THIS CD.

Why does E-40 keep making these sick albums? Cause He Can! Man I tell ya, this is one of E-40's best albums, maybe even THEE best. Not too many artists can match E-40's style, as a matter of fact no one can spit it like Charlie Hu$tle. Every song on this CD is tight the beats are crazy, this is definitly the best production ever on an E-40 album. And of course 40-Watta comes with his ever-so-sick, one-of-a-kind rapping style. For all of you who say that E-40 raps too fast, he's not rappin' too fast yall just listenin' too slow (that's real). He even puts the lyrics in the CD booklet for all you squares out there. Like I was saying all the tracks are sick and there's no skits, so you don't have to skip anything. The songs that really stand out are; L.I.Q., ...They Nose, Seasoned, Earl That's Yo' Life, Rules & Regulations, Big Ballin' With My Homies, and Ghetto Celebrity. There are also a lot of great guest appearances by Jayo Felony, C-Bo, Sauce Money, Fat Joe, Cash Money Millionairs, and of course The Click. I'm from the Bay Area and that's probably why I like E-40 so much, but I like all kinds of rap. It just seems to me that people are always saying that there are too many copy cats in the rap game. Well, if you want something original E-40 is your man!
