Condition of the Book,

I bought this book as a gift and expected that since I bought it from Amazon it would be new. It has a dent on the from cover as well as a black mark. There is a crease in the binding of the back of the book and the edges are worn. This is NOT the condition that I expected to receive the book in. I am completely disappointed.
