4.0 out of 5 stars TheZach Braff Natalie Portman 'Garden State' segment, May 5, 2008
I generally do not watch the Charlie Rose interviews which are promotions for movies and plays. But having seen the conversation with Natalie Portman in which she Linda Lavin, Wendy Kesselman, James Lapin talk with great understanding of the revival of the'Diary of Anne Frank' I watched this segment. Portman here however is dealing with a different kind of subject matter, Braff's comedy about a suburban nebbish in love. I found Braff quick and intelligent, and Portman enthusiastic and as always beautiful. The whole business taken together however was not for me anyway at the highest level of interest.
