Charlie Rose speaks with Loretta Lynn about her life and music. He speaks to her about the losses she has known, and her difficult period of adjustment from them. They sound together like 'two good old Southern friends'. Loretta Lynn presents herself as a sympathetic, sensitive and generous person. She speaks about her relationship with the husband who passed away, about her coaching for the role in 'Coal-Miner's Daughter' the actress Sissy Spacek. She talks about her second memoir which she is on the show to promote.Also she speaks about her relationship with other country- music stars, Tammy Wynette, among them.
