Charlie's War is a creatively directed movie about a woman whose memory is jogged by a pair of red shoes. As she attempts to fill in the gaps she inadvertently uncovers mysteries that have directly affected everyone around her. I love the way Olympia Dukakis looks right at the camera, making us a part of the conversation.

This was a movie with great acting but the end didn't justify the cause of this adults bad dreams since childhood.
