More About the Author

Randy Luethye is a former U.S. Intelligence Analyst who created, copyrighted and trademarked the "Train Business Directory" in 1999 as a result of riding the Portland light rail when he was hungry. Unable to figure out what was near the next train station(s), and on time-constraints due to an appointment, he didn't want to get off at each station to search for something to eat and waited until his destination station.

After thinking, "somebody should make a directory," Mr. Luethye printed his first guide in 1999 for the Portland Light Rail Network.

In 2007, Randy realized that internet technology was vastly improved and gaining popularity, so he taught himself website development and launched his first "Train Business Directory" website in August 2008 for the Phoenix light rail network.

Today, he has built websites for nearly all light rail networks in the United States at LightRailNetwork.com and is now releasing eBooks for smartphones, iPads, Kindles and other reading devices to help travelers and commuters find the basic necessities.

I was grievously disappointed after seeing "NORTH CHARLOTTE"'s map (which in my estimate is way too small to read on a Kindle), then there was nothing. I am not from the area, but it looked like the Light Rail came mighty close to the UTI campus up close to Mooresville. I humbly apologize if you meant to focus on UPTOWN for tourist attractions. Would you have a different book for the North 77 corridor, by any chance?
