This is an interesting approach, I think--keep the pieces short and sweet, using mostly guitars with different methods of producing sounds from them. At times humorous, fun to listen to, and worth having in any collection. It makes you want to pick up your own guitar and do this, but you know the results wouldn't be as good.

For a man who is known (at least to me) for singular guitar free imrpovisation with hardware he proves his abilities to layer sounds and textures with this record. This record alone is worth the neverending praise which usually gushes from notorious exp. music connoisseurs with the mention of Williams.

This is a fabulous and beautiful cd. If your a long time fan of free-prov you'll love this cd. If your just beginning to get into free-prov this is a great place to start. These songs are beautifully crafted little gems, unfortunately too short. Mr. Williams pulls many great, creative guitar lines and sounds out of his guitar that many players spend their life dreaming of accomplishing.
