Charting Techniques
Incredibly helpful book for the new nurse or the experienced nurse who wants to improve her charting. This book is very easy to understand and provides helpful charting examples.

Common Sense
This book pretty much will review all of the do's and dont's of charting that you learned in nursing school. I am a new nurse who wants help with my documentation wording. I don't need to know all of the concepts. I know enough to stay out of court. Its basically a common sense approach to documentation.

Ordered this book "used" and it was in great shape. It came in extremely helpful for me to teach the basics of documentation for new LPN students. I would recommend this book for new graduates RN or LPN.

I ordered the 4th (newest ) edition of this book and the sender sent me the 2nd edition!!! When I told him there was a mistake, he said this edition is like the 4th!! I did not order the 2nd edition!! I am so unhappy about this.
