One of the best of his early scores. Love the theme and the jazz used throughout the movie. If you're a collector of great film music, especially if you are a John Barry fan, this is one that you should not miss.

Too much background music, not enough of the main theme,

It's been decades since I saw this film, but the main theme music shows up once in a while in compilations. I was looking forward to this album, but it's somewhat of a disappointment. Most of the music sounds like jazz they played in the background of a party scene or something. The main theme is barely evident. Pleasant listening, but nothing special.
