5.0 out of 5 stars Great book but too pricey..., October 20, 2004
This review is from: Chase's Calendar of Events 2005 (Book with CD-ROM) (Paperback)
This is a great book if you need to know what's happening in the world, but who has $65 to sink into a calendar of events book? The price is insane. Hey, Chases... I think it's time you lowered the price!

4.0 out of 5 stars Not just a calendar, but a great source of ideas, November 30, 2005
This review is from: Chase's Calendar of Events 2005 (Book with CD-ROM) (Paperback)
This isn't just another guide to holidays and anniversaries. Chase's list is extensive, making this an indispensable resource for event planners, activity directors, advertising, and media professionals. As a former librarian working in advertising and marketing, I found this publication to be a popular source for creative ideas for special events, and for brainstorming in a team environment when everyone is stuck on doing the same old thing. I recently recommended this title to the events planner where I currently work. The price may seem high, but considering the volume of information, and the inclusion of a CD-Rom, this book is less expensive than many other directories.
