If you haven't heard the track 'Chasing Cars' by Snow Patrol, you are really missing out. This is a truly wonderful track, and whether you own the single or the album, there is no denying it is a great song.
It's a very meaningful melodius track, with so much heart and feeling in it. It's one of those songs that just makes you stop and think about life. And for those of you that have heard 'Chasing Cars' but not the rest of the new album 'EYES OPEN', I can highly recommend it. Eyes Open

There have been very few good songs that've came out of new artists within this year. Although some great performers haven't been able to make it happen like Beyonce' or Mariah Carey, it seems like we've been waiting for a good song time after time. For newcomers Snow Patrol, they really came out at a good time with their breakthrough single Chasing Cars. The song is one of the most simple and somber songs I've heard this year, which was featured in commercials for Grey's Anatomy on ABC. I just hope the best for them, and I hope their next single does just as well as this one for them.
