This is the second clock of this brand that I have bought in the last 1.5 years. Both times, one aspect of the clock failed to work...a different one each time. I even wrote the company to ask for assistance. They never responded. Do not waste your money on this clock.
I have recently given up on this brand and I have just purchased another brand of atomic clock.

I'm a flight attendant, so I was thrilled to find this cute little alarm clock that would automatically adjust time zones. Fast delivery, but this thing simply does not work...in any time zone. I set it to Eastern standard time while I was home but while in Paris, it never adjusted so I had to manually set it..again. Then, on to Pittsburgh the next trip...and it stayed on Paris time while in Pitt. When I returned to Atlanta, it remained on Paris time....until I returned it. What a nightmare contacting the seller "Picnic World", it literally took 10 days just to get a return label and that was after I contated them and Amazon.com. Just trying to help others..stay away from that seller and product. Not worth the hassle.
