Editorial Review
Families playing this award-winning game will find themselves digging through memories and finding buried treasure. To advance around the board, players (two or more) choose cards with questions such as "What person from the past or present would you like to invite to dinner?" There are no wrong answers, and progress around the board is mostly based on the luck of the dice. But the joy of the game is in listening carefully to how your family members or friends answer questions about you. Some questions ask one player to look at another and tell a story from the past, almost always flattering. The game was named one of the top 10 by the Dr. Toy rating service in 1997.

From the Manufacturer
Turn off the TV, unplug the telephone, make some popcorn, and get the family together to play the game that makes a difference. Begin by secretly choosing a wish from the enclosed wish list. Players then advance around the board by answering fun and thought-provoking questions such as, "You are invisible for a day. What will you do?" The first person to reach the finish line wins his or her pre-game wish - breakfast in bed, a foot massage, the right to choose the next amily movie - to name a few. In this warm and supportive game, every answer is right, and every player is successful. Chatter Matters has been awarded the following: The National Parenting Center Seal of Approval, Silver Honors from The National Parenting Publications Awards, Dr. Toy's 100 Best Products, and Dr. Toy's 10 Best Socially Responsible Products.
