Chauvet Basic Strobe Controller - Sound Activated with Cable

I got the strobe controller and found that the only functioning mode that worked with the strobe light (specificly made from chauvet) was the audio option. The other 2 simply have no response from the strobe light. I tried numerouse different customer service numbers and all of them said that the offices were closed, I tried at least 10 times thinking it was just bad timing, but still no luck. Very dissapointed. For any help or ideas please comment

This product is easy to use, easy to hook up to strobes, comes with a very long mono cable that works perfectly, the sound activated mode and regular mode both work well i have no problems with this, I used it with two Chauvet Techno Strobes the ST-2000S to be exact.

Did not look like it was damaged during shipping, but nothing happened when I plugged it in. Checked fuse per trouble-shooting instructions, but it looked fine and still nothing. I was trying to use it in addition to the Chauvet strobe light to get better syncing to music with it's audio feature. No dice for me!

I was really happy with this im just starting out with this sort of thing and i found it real simple to use

All my friends loved it at my birthday party when I hooked it up to my Chauvet Techno Strobe and cranked up the Electro.

My personal rating AA++ will be buying more techno strobes in the future to work with this :)

this product works well, doing three simple tasks, but is impossible to mount in a rack due to it's weird half unit size and the fact that it doesn't have standard rack measurements or drilled holes to mount it properly. my suggestion would be to buy a full sized rack unit that installs properly.

I needed a control for a large strobe I use in science experiments. This cotnroller was easy to figure out, works great, and came with lots of cord so setup was simple.
