Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Chauvet Kinta (Electronics)
First one I purchased, one of the bulbs was out. Second one I had it replaced with, the lights would get stuck and start clicking. I was going to try to get it replaced again, but Amazon said they'd just refund instead of replace, which I didn't want. So I took a look, and noticed the bulb would get stuck against the frame. I bent the bulb housing so that it wouldn't touch the frame, and presto! Now it works like it's supposed to.For a relatively cheap light, this is a great beginners and amateurs. Good for small parties, house parties, weddings. I would say anything where there are <40 people on the dance floor. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done with its multiple colors. However, I would not consider this a professional light, nor add it to an arsenal of professional lights. The actual light produced shows the outline of the bulb wiring. In other words, if you saw each colored light against the wall, you'll see the squiggle and shape of the bulb wiring. Very strange, but no one really notices. If I didn't have all the problems, I would have rated this a 4. If you're an amateur looking for a cheap lighting solution for a small party, this is for you! |
