This guy is amazing.After selling 20million records came with an impressive change, the album SINCERO-2003, USA Grammy 2004 award nominee, plenty of beautiful ballads, crazy rythms an a magical superb catchy cumbia turns into steady-rock written by one of the best spaniard young songwriters of nowadays, Juan Mogica(the guy, now living between NYC, Madrid and Miami-I've searching his live-is a sort of crazy Nomad guy that has been written many of the greatest pop songs of the lately 10 years for the best latin artists and himself), and the album had an state-of-the-art production by Luis Ochoa, Rene Toledo(The producer of the best Julio Iglesias albums)and a couple of guys of his 90's era.After that amazing album that have sold more than one million records, Chayanne release a couple of personal and interesting as himself albums with great success.But now, this is a real musical revolution, maybe more for the latin audience, but I think that an artist that wait 30 years to release his first Live Cd-DVD looking for the perfection or is God or is too close.Only Peter Gabriel has that kind of artistic contemplation.

Chayanne is a very smart guy.And it's an unique artist.One between a million.I have bought and enjoy a lot of live albums and Dvd shows, but this is an unique one in a lifetime experience.

Recorded at River Plate, Argentina, land of rock and the latin country with more musical cultural level, and an audience mad because the impressive show than more than 60.000 people in HD quality with all his hits you can't doubt about it!!

If you are a Chayanne fan I need not explain how great this DVD is to you. If you are wondering who Chayanne is, this review may provide you with some insight. Chayanne is a singing and dancing musical sensation. From Puerto Rico originally, though his entertainment factor has no boundaries. I've been a fan since 1997 when I first heard Baila Baila and Guajira off his Volver A Nacer CD. If you like superbly crafted pop music with amazing musical backing and great emotive vocals you will enjoy this. You need not speak Spanish to enjoy this great music.

When I first learned of Chayanne's Vivo release I was really excited because this man delivers a performance that is in a league of its own and I knew that the DVD would totally ROCK! I was right!! I didn't expect the DVD to be able to match the electric passion felt at a live concert but I was pleasantly surprised, and dare I say "electrified!" by the masterful way in which this show conveys all the magic of seeing Chayanne in person. The only thing missing is the smell!

This concert celebrates Chayanne's 30-year career as an entertainer and he delivers each song with the skills and passion of an experienced performer who loves what he does. Chayanne enthusiastically uses his experience to connect with his audience in a way that is almost mystical. He is playful, sincere, achingly sweet and divinely wicked. His music and dancing will draw you in but it is his charisma that will hold you captive for a two full hours that goes by in blink.

This DVD will leave the seasoned fans newly enchanted while seducing new fans into a wonderfully energizing Latin experience; everyone gets off this ride and heads to the back of the line so they can go again and again and again!

Great song selection for Chayanne fans, but the quality of the DVD was poor. It looked like amateurs produced this DVD. The audio was good, but the visual
was very disappointing. I have purchased several concert DVD's from amazon, and this by far was the worst visually I have ever seen.

He is a very moderate singer at best.
the dancing was just okay. ( I expected the dance routines to be great; (because I know what a good dancer he is); but, they lacked something.

I really enjoyed the DVD and I do recommend it. Chayanne did a great show and the audio is great. My only disapointment was the video quality. It looks like a video from the 80s.

Ya era hora que sacara a la venta un concierto, y que concierto! Incluye canciones recientes de su ultimo disco, y obviamente las inolvidables. Si lo compran van a pasar un rato chevere cantando y coreando sus canciones. Ademas dandose un taco de ojo con este guapeton!

The truth is that he doesn't sing most of the songs, only the balads. Is amazing how in all of these years there are people who still believe he is a singer. But I think is because they don't care if he sings or not. The only good thing he does is dancing. Maybe that is why all those girls still care about him. And the DVD is a waste of money, first because he doesn't sing most of the songs and second the production is awful.

The show was awesome, but the reception was a bit poor. I was surprised that it starts off that Chayanne is singing without introducing himself. Its not til mid show he finally saids his name. I love this performer, but was a bit disappointed with the outcome. He did perform well, with plenty of energy, but I was expecting a more personal connection with the people.

It was a good experience, I received the video sooner than I thought and I the quality was good.
