This is our favorite of the Cheerios books. The pictures are brightly colored, and all of the animals are simply drawn and easily identifiable. Aside from being fun to play with and eat, placing the Cheerios in the holes is also great for working on your child's fine motor skills.

Cheerios are the essential snack for little ones. My daughter loved putting the cheerios on the pages to make the picture.. then eating them all. It's something that no other book does and its built well to handle being wiped off and cleaned.

We had the original book with my daughter but lost it somehow, so I replaced it and also bought this one. This one is very cute, too. Do not think we necessarily need two, but they are nice to have. Have a slight preference for the original one; it is a little more clever.

This is a great addition to a toddler book collection. My daughter loves placing the Cheerios on the page in the appropriate holes, and then eating them before going to the next page.

What a great interactive book for toddlers! This book will help keep your toddlers attention because rather than just sitting and listening, they use cheerios to complete the illustrations on the pages. This is a very cute and entertaining book!

This book has been really fun to have with my kids (1 and 3) to help them sit through church. I always have cheerios on hand and they love to put the cheerios in the little divots, then take them out and eat them. My only complaint is that the book doesn't open all the way because of the binding, which makes it hard to keep the book flat when you are on one of the innermost pages, does that make sense? So sometimes the board pages don't stay flat and it's hard to keep the cheerios on. But it's a minor inconvenience considering how fun it is for the kiddos.

ISBN 0689830149 - Do you remember, when you were little, and Mom would say "Stop playing with your food!" and how annoying that was to hear? Do you remember planning to be a way cooler parent than the meanie who wouldn't let you play with your food in peace? Well, here ya go, the answer to your plans. Even better, maybe Grandma should buy it for the grandkids, just to confuse the very children they used to admonish for playing with their food.

Each page features on type of animal with missing something - glasses, balls, spots, etc. The missing Cheerios are clearly indicated by indentations, so it's fairly certain that even the youngest child will successfully figure things out.

The board book pages are thick and sturdy, with a glossy finish that wipes clean easily. That's a good thing, considering how sticky little fingers can get while playing with Cheerios. There's not much text, but that's hardly the point of this book. The illustrations are bright, colorful and fun. Whatever it takes to get them reading!

This is one of my daughter's two favorite books the other is "silly brown monkey". She learned how to buzz like the bumble bee tonight because of this book. She loves the bright colors and all the different animals on it. My little girl is 15 months and is very entertained by this book.

I highly recommend it!! This is a great addition to our book collection. I can read it to her every night and she giggles at the animals like it's the first time she's heard it.

Yes, I realize it is an incentive (read: advertisement) to have Cheerios on hand,
but there are worse snacks!

My granddaughter loves cheerios, this book was bought for her, and she likes it! So far she just wants to eat the cheerios! But there are good things for her to learn while she eats!
