5.0 out of 5 stars Great Book!, March 26, 2003

At the beginning of the book there are a couple of pages explaining how to use the bread machine - useful if it's the first time making bread. Rest of the book has many recipes, including tomato and basil loaf, pizza doughs, and the chilli bread (although it did not "sound" good, tasted it at a friend's house and it was great!!!!)... Can't wait to try the Passion Cake recipe (somewhat of a misnomer because it's really a carrot cake type of recipe made with mascarpone cheese).
The best part of the book is that it has tons of pictures to show you how to make it - every bread recipe includes a picture of how the bread is supposed to look like and of the key steps required to make the loaf. Many other books available for making bread using bread machines do not have photographs showing you how to make the bread, so this is a great advantage.
It does include a couple of recipes that are somewhat odd, including for example beetroot bread, but who knows if the chilli bread was good, maybe the beetroot will be too...
