Great little book about the history of Vermont Butter & Cheese Company. This is not an instruction book on how to make cheese.
Does have some great recipes from the chefs who use their cheese. Very interesting back story on the company and people who
helped make them what they are today.

When I saw this book at a friend's house, I had to have it. The recipes are healthful, simple, and mouth-watering. The pictures are inspiring, and it explains much about cheese and the cheese-making process that I want to have on hand. It's a slim book that's neither costly nor all-encompassing, but worth every cent.
