We have installed (2) of these mounts. (1) on a 26" LCD and (1) on a 32" LCD. Both installations were easy, with the product meeting expectations. The second mount we installed was missing a couple of minor parts so I sent a quick e-mail to Cheetah mounts. An hour later, I had the 2nd day air tracking number for the remaining parts. While it was frustrating to be missing the parts, I was amazed by the quick response.

We just mounted a 26" LCD and this mount worked perfectly. Well constructed and super easy to install. Before purchasing I called the company to verify the TV would work with this mount, I was only on hold for a few seconds before speaking with a rep who was more than helpful. I highly recommend, especially at this sale price.

I like this mount. It is strong and holds a 30" TV no problem. The extension is very nice and the tilt helps with the glare from the dome light in the ceiling. It can turn all the way to the side and lets the TV face the kitchen counter. Our TV used the inside holes which are VESA 100 but it has wider holes as well so we could use it for a larger TV in the future. A torpedo shaped level comes with it which is now a nice addition to the tool drawer. Basically really liked it. The only issue is the TV being level. The TV tilts just slightly to the right. Enough to bother me. Only annoyance on an otherwise good product.
Update: I called Cheetah about the TV not being level. It turns out the screw behind the TV which controls the tilt Also allows the TV to twist a little. Now our TV is level!

I was trying to save some money on a wall mount and came across Cheatah Mounts which sells mounts that look like the ones you see at a store but waay cheaper. I was excited and ordered. Once delivered, I installed the mount (I have experience installing 3 mounts previously for various TVs). THIS IS THE WORST MOUNT I have ever installed. Installation was easy, but the metal arm sags away from the mount badly, making anything you mount on it crooked. I was really disappointed in this mount. UPDATED: - The company cantacted me by phone expressing their concern about the RMA I requested. The representative was extremely helpful and wanted me to know that it was most likely a manufactuing defect. They sent me the RMA number and shipping label and are giving me a full refund. I was very impressed with their reponsiveness and would consider purchasing from them again as I know that they seem to stand behind their products and have excellent support.

I can't imagine why anyone would rate this poorly. Those that do, are doing everyone else a disservice. I almost passed this one up because the poor reviews and low price made me apprehensive. This mount is well built, well packaged, attractive, easy to install, and how can you beat the price? I can only imagine that those who rated it poorly don't know what they're doing with tools and/or can't or won't follow instructions. For those that complained of insecure and sagging mounts, they probably know nothing about wall construction and didn't bother reading the instructions. YOU MUST INSTALL TO A WALL STUD OR MASONRY!!! For the other mounting complaints, I can only repeat, these people either failed to read the instructions or with no offense intended, are not mechanically inclined. You only have yourself to blame, not the manufacturer. If I ever need another, I will definitely buy this one again.

Bought one of this mount on Sep 26th, 2011. It was received quickly and in perfect condition. It was well built, well packaged, attractive. We liked it so much that we decided to buy one more since we have 2 TVs. We took vacation for 2 weeks, so I did not place the order until the end of October. The new mount arrived quickly too. Upon opening the box, we were surprised to see the new mount were totally different from the first one, though we ordered exactly the same thing. The new one was very small, and cheaply made compared to the first one. We compared the two together. They have the same model number. So we thought we must have received a wrong product. We contacted Amazon.com. They told us to contact the manufacture. And we did. The answer was that this was their new version! But it is so significantly different. The arm of the new one is only about half size of the old one. It is 4.5 lb only, while, the advertisement says it is 8.5 lb. Where had the 4lb of steel gone? Who stole it?

So disappointing. I will return it for sure.

good price for this mount and is a decent deal. desc says "single stud mount" but mine apparently arrived only with the docs and h/w for installation in a concrete wall....nevertheless with some deck screws we solidly installed it into a stud anyway. mounted a 37" Vizio tv with no difficulty whatsoever. this is definitely strong enough for a 37 lcd w/o prob. seems to be decently made w/good enough materials for this type installation anyway. satisfied enough.

I bought this to mount a 26" TV. It is a flawless mount, with strong mechanical parts, a complete set of mounting hardware that even includes the needed parts to mount to masonry, clear, detailed, and well laid out instructions, and a set of features that you would expect would be more expensive. However, one detail to be aware of: if you use this mount on a TV with a 100 x 100 VESA mount like mine, the protruding edges of the mount may cover some of your inputs--this is the case with my TV. The mount covers one of my HDMI inputs. I don't count this as a flaw in the mount--I should have checked this out before I purchased it. If you're working with a smaller TV, it's probably worth getting a wall mount with a 100 X 100 VESA mount rather than this one which supports many different size VESA mounts.

Installation was easy once I found a wall stud to secure it to with the provided lag bolts. I have no worries of this mount falling--when properly installed this arm probably would be rated for 75lbs or more. I know a thing or two about wall mounting display boards using various mounting methods (I used to be a furniture installer) and can tell you with certainty that two 5/8ths lag bolts into a stud will easily support your TV and then some. I would NOT recommend installing this to anything but a stud or to a masonry wall.

The instructions are simply fantastic. I'm used to either getting Engrish instructions that are indecipherable, or instructions in size 6 font that require a microscope to read. These are clear, large, and well laid out.

The hardware package provided is likewise excellent and includes all screws needed to mount a large variety of TVS, and a complete set of wall mounting hardware with extras of everything, all sealed in a nice plastic bag. If you've ever bought anything from IKEA, you know how frustrating it is to be missing parts. These Cheetah people know what they're doing. I wish every hardware package was this good.

Once installed, the mount functions and looks fantastic. The 15" tilt adjustment will be impossible to use unless you have a wrench on hand, so keep that in mind.

This is a great product, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

After a preparing the wall, and making holes and finally mounting the TV... Disappointment. Some reviews pointed the same issue with the slacking of the arm with the weight of the tv is a fact. I went by all the positive reviews but cheap is what we pay and crap is what you get I guess is the situation. The mount itself is sturdy but the weight of the TV, which I purchsed is M320NV weighs about 20lbs will cause it to lean fwd. After all the hardwork to put it up, was pretty disappointing. I suggest go with another product. After all said and done it isnt worth taking it back off to put a new mount, plus the holes you will need to patch up.... Suggest go with a little more reliable mount then this one.

Aside from the length of time it took to arrive it has surpassed my expectations and was worth the wait. This mount is very sturdy and was very easy to install. It mounts very easily on a single stud and came with with more than enough hardware to do it. Mine is holding an older (possibly heavier) Samsung 26in lcd and it doesn't sag. I paid almost $100 for a non-articulating mount at BestBuy that is already busted. This one at a 1/4 of the cost is far superior. Highly Recommended!
