I am a novice in the kitchen but these meals are presented in such a way that even I could follow. My In-Laws were so impressed with my new found Italian recipes I didn't have the heart to tell them that Chef Dario should have received all of the credit! I found Chef Dario quite delightful and his personality absolutely charming. I have eaten at his restaurant in Cape Coral, Florida and have not been disappointed yet! Thanks Chef Dario for making me a star in my own kitchen.

Chef Dario presents his unique style of cooking in this charming video. The recipes are delicious, but it is Chef Dario's personality which is the true star of this video. He makes cooking fun again, and you can learn to put together several of his fabulous recipes just by watching this video. However, even more to the point, the video is entertaining. Chef Dario could give Julia Child a run for her money, and best of all, now I can make some meals at home which are as good as the ultra-delicious food I get when I dine at his lovely "Ariani" restaurant in Cape Coral.
