I ordered 2 of these, one for me and one for the wife. I am 5'11" tall, and the apron BARELY covers to the crotch. I expected them to go mid-thigh from the picture. As a result, my wife now has two of them. She is 5'3" and they fit her like I would like them to fit me. :) And I am back to searching for a decent one that will protect my pants and legs but doesn't look like a 50's housewife would wear it.

These look to be sturdy, well made aprons. The pockets are a plus. Too bad they are not 9-10" longer.

I'm a plus size woman and this apron fits me great. The ties are perfect length for a larger person.

I looked and looked, then finally I found the apron I wanted. I like all the pockets and can always have the towel right on me while I'm cooking.

This apron is nice, good quality material, would buy again. It fits well, and as another reviewer suggested, it looks nice on a shorter/smaller woman as it isn't huge and doesn't look baggy, but is nicely fitted. I am a 5'5, size 8 woman and it falls about 1 inch short of my fingertips when my arms are at my sides. Seems like it would be too short for anyone taller than 5'7. The only minor complaint i have is that the top portion covers the front, but not sides of my chest, which makes me worry that I'll still splash my shirt.

This is a really nice apron. The material is great. I had a friend embroider a design on it, and it looked really great.

I can't speak for professionals, but my wife loves it. She has had problems with oil and sauce splatters staining her cloths for a long time and this completely protects her. The material is thick, but not uncomfortable, how do I know, you ask? Well, I tried it myself, while milling fresh tomatoes. I'm 5'7" and my wife is 5'4" and it works well for both of us.

Though, i must say, it looks WAY better on her than it does me. Ladies, if you have an hourglass figure (and close to our heights), the waist tie hits just right to keep the apron from making you loose your curves.

All in all, this works great for my wife whether she's baking or pan frying veggies!

I'm only 5'2" so I have been shopping for an apron that doesn't look like a dress - this one is the perfect length although the bib part could be just an inch or two wider.

Was looking for a nice sturdy apron to personalize as a gift. Found just what was needed. Nice material and great price.

Definately not the choice for profession chef but has few flaw regarding to beginner. Nice material, which could resist considerable amount of stain, easy to clean.

I am not a very large person, however, this apron was child size. I would not recommend this unless you are the size of a child. The quality was good but very small.
