not easy to squeeze,
This review is from: Chef'n Emulstir, Emulsifier and Salad Dressing Maker, Arugula (Kitchen)
nice looking, like the convenience of mixing and serving in one container; however, found the mechanism which mixes the dressing difficult to squeeze. do not recommend if you have weak hands, arthritis, etc.

I wanted a nice salad dressing bottle that could easily go from table to fridge. Have only used a few times so far, but it does the job. The spout has a very tiny cap for covering, which I like in order to keep fridge odors out...might be a concern around young children or if you loose things easily. Mixes well enough when you squeeze the handle, and I hope it continues to perform well over time. Has a quick reference measuring guide on the side for oil and vinegar. Looks nice!

I love this product because it mixes oil & vinegar extremely well, as well as a whisk. It really turns it into an emulsion without creating a mess. Also, it pours nicely, there's no mess created on the outside of the bottle from dripping oil.I only gave it 4 stars, though, because (a) it does take a strong hand to operate (eg, though my 12 yr old daughter is able to use it, I don't think my mother could) and (b) if you have minced herbs/spices in the dressing it might clog it up. As it is, we have used this for plain old basalmic vinegar & oil so that's not an issue (so far).

My wife and I have started making our own salad dressings and this does a great job of storing it, mixing it and dispensing it.The handle does take some force to squeeze it hard enough to mix a thick dressing, but its still a lot more effective than shaking or stirring by hand. The little spout on the top could be larger for pouring but does a good job. Overall great little device. Very happy with it.

there's one drawback,

The salad dressing maker works well to mix and store. But, the opening is too small. If one uses minced garlic or herbs in the dress, the opening is too small to accommodate these solids. One has to remove the entire top piece in order to use a more full-bodied dressing.
