Lightweight and strong, the Kitchzen ladle isn't heavy enough to fatigue the wrist, yet has sufficient stability and balance for easy control.

The ladle’s asymmetrical bowl conforms to the curves of most pans. The deep ladle bowl also works well for simple tasting or tricky basting, while the handle is slightly offset for a better wrist angle. On one side, a small, precise pour spout helps with messy tasks such as filling jars or bottles. The Kitchzen ladle is safe to use with nonstick cookware, and is heat-resistant up to 400 degrees F.

So far, this seems to be of good quality. The last non-stick ladle we had had a coating that got bubbles underneath and had to be discarded. This one seems of a solid material so i don't foresee that happening.
