Chef'n Switchit silicone spatulas work twice as hard as conventional spatulas. They are dual-ended, with a working scraper blade on each extreme. Two spatulas in one make them doubly efficient. The 18/10 steel core grip handle, decorated with an artistic swirl design, can be seen through the clear, translucent silicone. The visual effect is very modern, almost futuristic.

The Switchit spatula's flexible, resilient silicone is stain- and heat-resistant and can withstand heat of up to 500 degrees F. This level of heat resistance combined with silicone's softness means that the Switchit spatulas can be used with nonstick cookware without fear of scratching the finish. Spatula blades are shaped with an asymmetrical slant to help them hug the curves of pans or bowls while scraping them clean.

All of Chef'n's Switchit spatulas are dishwasher-safe. Switchit spatulas are available in small, large, long, and spoon sizes. They also come in clear, red, blue, yellow-green, and peach. This spatula is all you could ever ask for. The head will never come off the handle. The silicone will withstand heat to 450 degrees. The stiff metal in the middle gives it strength. We use this spatula almost daily and we especially love it for making omelets.
