5.0 out of 5 stars Good design, nifty colors, October 28, 2005
This review is from: Chef'n Switchit Spoon/Spatula Set Small, Blueberry (Kitchen)
These spatulas are great. All one piece with no separate head means they are easy to clean, and the silicone does not stain. With each end designed for use you get 2 tools for 1, and I love the assortment of colors. I now include them in my standard kitchen gadget gift package for recent grads or newlyweds.

I happened to trip across one of these at a local Hardware store, of all places. Bought one, and that, as they say, was that. Had to go looking to find another size at a local outlet store. I have since thrown away the old stick handle spatulas I had. I have given these as gifts, which every recipient has loved. These are so easy on the hand, can easily reach the bottom of the mayo jar, scramble eggs, scrape down a bowl. The amount of control you have of this utensil is uncomparable to traditional spatulas. Every task I have asked of this utensil, it has performed admirably. At first it seems a little awkward because the "handle" is thicker than I was accustomed to, but after a few uses, using a stick handled one was irritating. I highly recommend this entire line of utensils, especially to those suffering from repetitive stress hand injuries, or arthritis.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best! Spatula! Ever!, October 26, 2005

I am totally in love with this product. I love that each spatula has a smaller end for getting into jars and bottles. I love the fact that the entire body is silicone--the whole spatula becomes a useful surface and you don't have to worry about a head/handle connection becoming loose or dirty. I have also noticed that even when stirring hot tomato sauce, the spatula remains clean, unstained and intact. Basically, the Switchit spatulas have replaced any spatula I've ever owned and they can also do double duty for wooden utensils--they're great for baking, stovetop and general kitchen use. I cannot rave enough about them. Thank you, Chef'n!

This tool is a must have for your kitchen. It's perfect for omelet making and the fact that there is no head to come off a handle is great!! This item will last a long time. I love mine!
