This grill topper arrived with a slight bend upwards which I thought would keep the cooked material on the cooking surface...but upon heating it warped more, causing the topper to rock back and forth, making flipping/stirring difficult!! Food fell off the back and both ends. Poor design..wont buy again. Too costly to ship back so I am stuck with a boat anchor full of holes!!
