I can use this in my cafe oven as easily as my home oven or bbq grill. Durable and versatile for a good price.

This is a nice box. You can soak your wood chips in it before you drain it out. My problem is that I have a gas grill and though I put it directly on the fire below my grilling plates I haven't gotten enough smoke yet... I will try to give it longer time before I start cooking but perhaps a lighter metal that would heat up faster on gas grills would do the trick.

Many years ago, I obtained a chip box for my Genesis Barbeque, and as all plain steel things go, it rusted into oblivion. With little difficulty, I found this stainless steel chip box on Amazon, and it is PERFECT!
