Well, it's better for you than eating the real thing. This 40-piece set of simulated Dairy Queen products might not quite take the place of legitimately eating actual frozen confections but could serve as an entertaining pretend play substitute. Included are soft serve cones, sundaes, a banana split, a cookie treat, a strawberry shake, dilly bars, buster bars, strawberries, candy bars, and a birthday cake with candles. There's not much educational value at work here and the toy seems designed mostly to promote Dairy Queen but all items are realistically simulated and would be a good aid for kids wanting to "play store". Best of all, nothing here will melt in the hot sun. --Charlie Williams

What realisim! This Dairy Queen set is so-o-o-o cute! I bought this for my 2 1/2 yr old for Christmas and I have already played with the set myself! The strawberries are so-o-o-o cute and the chocolates look real! The ice cream cones and bars are same size as real ones! My little girl will have a ball with this set (and her other little chef sets) with her kitchen this Christmas!

I bought this set for my son's fourth birthday. It was the only thing he asked for, his icecream cones from a previous set having recently broken after over a year of hard use by my two and four year olds. Within 24 hours his favorite item, the chocolate ice cream had broken. All he did was tap it against a couch. I saw the event. It exposed jagged edges and I had to throw away his beloved toy. I'll never forget how much he cried :( Over the next week many of the other toys broke as well, one in my hands, I was just transporting it :P The plastic is cheap and breaks into very sharp shards. I'm so unbelievably disappointed and planning to call the manufacturer, I still have my receipt, I just wish I'd kept more of the pieces.

This set is very well made. Not at all like those cheap food sets you see so often nowadays. My 6 year old absolutely loves it!
