The Chef's Design 20-inch grill and 20" griddle set is a keeper but with some disappointment! I understood that heavy cast aluminum construction would ensure they remain flat while in use; they don't! Warping is only minimal and the pans return to flat after cooling, but during cooking there is some movement as you work with the food being cooked. This means some support may be required, even at medium heat. We continue to use it and enjoy the large non-stick space it provides though. The non-stick griddle works great in the oven for fries because there is plenty of room and they don't stick!Chef's Design 20-Inch Grill/Griddle Set, Red

We use these camping, which is kind of like bringing your All Clad given the quality of these griddles, but most camping griddles are too thin and produce propane burner patterns/designs on your pancakes. The grooved griddle has deep grooves so we can make a lot of bacon without having to worry about draining midway through cooking 2 packages of bacon. These are sturdy, heavy duty griddles of high quality.
