This is truly a non-stick surface. I cooked some fish fillets on the grill and when I went to take them off there was non even a bit if sticking. And the best part is that it can go straight into the dishwasher.

If you dont have one of these... you should buy 2 of them. Without a doubt the best grilling accessory I have ever bought. No more goof ups...
