This griddle is heavy and well made. It is almost a work of sculpture and I did my research before I bought it. By coincidence, the glass lid also fits some of my other pans, making it even more useful.
I can put it on an electrical unit that is smaller than the pan and it spreads the heat well. It would also fit over a gas range or even an outdoor grill or cook stove. It cleans up easily. It was also shipped fast. I am pleased with this purchase. |
