Product Description

This stainless steel wire grid works as a heat diffuser. For use on electric ranges for heat resistant glass to protect the glass from direct contact with the heating element. This will prevent possible breakage due to direct contact with the electric heating coil. Designed especially for Chemex coffeemakers and tea kettles but also suitable for use with all heat resistant glass. Wire grid measures 6.5" x 6.25". Loops at either end make it convenient for hanging the wire grid diffuser when not in use. May be used as a traditional trivet, also.
