Science geek info on hair and how we (as hairdressers) can effect it,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Chemical and Physical Behavior of Human Hair (Hardcover)
If you are interested i the science of hair and can read science lingo, this is a great product. I'm a pretty smart fellow and can barely understand 20% of it. But what I've learned is pretty cool.
The book was recco'd to me from a friend of mine who is a lab rat for Loreal. It's one of their reference books. I think I paid under a hundred dollars for it. Which, based on comparison shopping, is a steal. This book gets so deep into the science you head will spin before you get through the intro. This book is NOT for the average person wanting to know some stuff about hair. A good one of those is Philip Kingsley's "The Hair Bible." Way more reader friendly and basic. If you're a geek like me and happen to be a hairdresser, it's a must have. |
