Great Condition
The book came brand new and had no damage from shipping. I took one star off because it took longer than expected to receive the book, and because it came almost 2 weeks after my classes started when I ordered it almost a week before I moved to the campus it was an inconvenience. Just something to be reminded to order books plenty early.

Terrible Book
Terrible textbook. Poor explanation of concepts (e.g. over-complicated), and is fraught with errors. Worse, the answers are not reported with the correct number of sig figs on numerous occasions! I have two other Chem textbooks that I have used in the past, and I regularly consult them (especially the one by Tro) for better explanations of these topics.

I was so happy with this purchase...I saved over $70 because I didnt buy it from the campus book store...I did spend to get the faster shipping and it was worth it...it came really fast and I had it in time for my class....
