Good fast introduction to chemical sensitivity,
By A Customer
This review is from: Chemical Sensitivity (Paperback)
This is a short book, that is good for introducing you to MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity), so you can determine if you might have it. It gives an idea on how complicated this disease is, some of the multiple ways you can get it, and some of the possible cures. Recommended.

Sherry was my doctor!,
By susiesunshine (Syracuse, New York) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Chemical Sensitivity (Paperback)
Sherry Rogers was my doctor for a number of years. She was always ahead of her time and now it shows! All of her books are wonderful, informative, easy to read and life saving. I hope everyone gets as much from this and all her books as I have. You'll be amazed at how much you DON'T know about your body, the environment and how we are killing ourselves until you read these books. Trust me, I am only a consumer here, but I pass these books on to everyone I care about and have for years! I'm going to post this to all the books I have read by Sherry. I just can't say enough about this woman. She literally saved my life (allergies, life and health threatening mineral and vitamin deficiencies) and my husband's too (bladder cancer). Love, Susan Manchester

I've been severely chemically sensitive for nearly 8 years, and this booklet is the very best explanation of the illness I have ever seen. I'm ordering a big batch to give to friends and family.

He told me that it was the best information he had ever read on the subject and the size of it made it not so overwhelming. I read it through and thought all along, 'no wonder!' It was very helpful and reassuring and hopeful and I cannot recommend this gem enough.

be a prudent patient,
This review is from: Chemical Sensitivity (Paperback)
very informative about body chemistry in relation to vitamin/ minerals absorbtion as well as "over-priced" legal drugs and why one may be continually ill/ sick.
Note: "side effects" from "meds" (legal drugs) is your bodies way of letting - you know - you have ingested a type of TOXICITY(poison). Seek supplements, herbs / spices for remedy if at all possible!!! To your health and good luck!

I am a breast cancer survivor and find myself extremely sensitive to fragrances, laundry products, cleaning products, etc. I have ready many things trying to figure out WHY this happens to me, and what to do. This book explains both. This MD had it herself and treats it. In addition, it gets down to a cellular analysis on why it takes place and what you can do about it. Lots of references. Superior book...a MUST HAVE !

My doctor recommended this book and others by Sherry Rogers. I have been in treatment for metal toxicity (i.v. chelation therapy) and it has entirely changed my health. I had become hyper sensitive to everything! I was even beginning to wonder if it was all in head (that's that a lot of doctors will tell you when they don't know), because day by day another set up symptoms would show up. Since I have lowered my toxin levels, even my seasonal allergies have cleared up! I suffered for many, many years. This book makes the issues clear and should help anyone suffering with health problems and who is looking for answers. Detox, detox, detox. It works!

I was diagnosed with Chemical Injury almost 2 years ago, and this book provides a good overview of Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. I've given copies to most of my friends and health care providers to educate them. Thanks for writing it Sherry!
For a longer and more in depth look at Chemical Injury, Lynn Lawson's books and Theron Randolph's books are also very informative. Also, one should review the Global Report MCS website for more brochures, books and resources. Best of luck. |
