Poor service and robotic responses,

The book is great. But beware if you are using owl for this book. They take the activation code out of it and you end up paying for the code online making the book savings obsolete compared to buying it from your school bookstore. After I asked for why this "new" book (which should come with a code for activation online as that is half of most people who are buying this books grade is from) did not come with a code, there was no reply and just an order sent to me to return the book for a new one. I assumed that this has happened before and they just wanted to give me one that was shrink wrapped. After I received it shrink wrapped by Amazon, it was still missing the code for activation. An email was sent, and I have heard nothing from them for almost 3 months now. Trying to fix a problem by sending another of the same product without even addressing the issue is poor service. I will not order text books from Amazon again unless this is resolved.
