Wrong book, no contact.,

I am waiting for a reply 3 days now,He sent the wrong book, same title wrong ISBN and edition. Was suppose to get a work book at well, it was not included. I should have know better no reviews, will update to a good review if I can send book back and have money refunded. But I have my doubts.
