Great textbook. Very clear and thorough. Since I am having to teach myself this Chemistry course this semester, I am greatful that I at least have a good book to work with.

The book is good and is helping me in my studies with school. Lots of information and pictures that help illustrate and make it easier to learn.

This book is very easy to understand, even for someone who does not any science background. Good.

I thought the book is lost, but it arrived today. It is a latter, but I like it. Thank you.

I purchased this book from Knaptown booksellers. The original ad stated that this text was in "excellent condition and included an interactive CD." The book arrived 13 days after ordering in less than fair condition and without a CD. After three attempts to contact the seller, and no response, I just chalked it up to shady retail practices. If you have a choice of retailers, STAY AWAY from Knaptown book sellers. I was THOROUGHLY DISSATISFIED!

As expected but the ACCESS CODE was used already so could not use the online services.

The book was in good conditions, but the shipping was very slow.. The seller did not send it to me in the first 3 weeks... According to her, she did not receive a confirmation from amazon.. I got the book a month later. I needed the book for my class. I received it a week before the end of the course..I wrote to her and she replied two days later.. I never had this problem before... I go to school and I have bought all my books on line... I am very disappointed.

the book came in a better condition than i thought it was going to be, i ordered it used and it was practically new when i got it, the only downside was that the shipping was a bit slow, i expected the book days sooner than i got it.
