The book I ordered was in great condition and cheaper than other places I was looking for the book. I received the book in great time and in a good fashion.

Most of this book is pretty straight forward, but at times, its a little contradictory and unclear. For instance, in Chapter 18 which includes Electrochemistry, sometimes the problems take into account water and sometimes they don't, and they don't address that problem at all so it leaves me frustrated. Sometimes it almost seems like the examples and concepts were taught pretty clearly, but when the problems came around, I was caught off guard by how awkward the questions were and the assumptions some of them had me make.

This book is horrible. It assumes you know concepts that it explains 10 pages later and it leaves out a lot of basic information and steps that you then have to google (thank god for Yahoo Answers). I've always done pretty good with this kind of thing but this book only made things worse.

I recieved the book in better quality than I expected and for a MUCH better price than what the torn up version some store near my school was offering it to me for.

This book is horrible. It lacks a lot of information, because I always need to search the internet for additional information that it does not have. I am a humble student, however, my tutor that is Doctor in Chemistry says that it is the worst book for Gen. Chemistry students. If you can buy another book instead of this one, do it!

This book does NOT come with a course code for WebAssign. All new books are supposed to come with one, and this book is clearly new, but it did not come with a code. I was very disappointed and I warn you not to purchase from this seller if you expect it to come with a course code.

The Zumdahl chemistry book was just what I needed for my General College Chemistry class. I use it daily and I learn more from it then from my instructor. I definitely recommend this book for anyone needing it for a College Chemistry class. Also the shipping was very timely and arrived a few days before the estimated time of delivery. Amazon seems to come through pretty good for all products.

Thank you so much for reselling this book. I was hesitant to buy used books from someone off of amazon, but now I couldn't be happier. This book does looked used but no worse than a book you'd get from high school. There isn't much wear and tear on it and I'm kinda glad there is some writing in the book (it might help me when studing). The best part is that I saved a bunch of money buying used. Over 100 dollars! Thanks a bunch!

As usual, Steven Zumdahl has written a superb textbook for college chemistry. The seller of this item described the condition of the item very accurately, hence there was double reason to be pleased with the purchase.
