Wow, these sticks will last me a decade in my classroom. There are so many of them! I used them for calling sticks and it worked out really well. You do have to use metallic pens or look really closely on the darker colors, especially purple. One stick broke (toward the end of the school year). They are just regular colored popsicle sticks so don't expect Hulk-like strength. They did last all year which was a miracle with my fidgety students.
