My family can't live without this stuff! It's sweet and spicy. It's excellent as a dip when mixed with sour cream. I also mix it in chili and rice dishes.

Really liked the mix of relish and sour cream eaten with chips. Great at tailgate party. BUT....you had better like hot stuff. The heat is cummulative and gets hotter the more you eat.

I discovered this Corn Relish in a store in Red Wing, MN... They served it with a little sour cream mixed in on top of blue chips... Good stuff.
