Yes they run a little big before baby I was in a size L and bought a L again and the legs were a little baggy.

It's unfortunate, because the XL is way too big!

The L fit snug around my thighs and butt, but are huge around the rest of my legs from the knee down.

They fit bigger than expected but great quality and very comfortable.

I am 20 weeks pregnant with my second and just started wearing these. I usually wear size large Cherokee Work Wear pants (I have like seven pairs). They just recently started to get too tight in the waist and thighs. I have one pair of these maternity pants but am definitely going to buy more. I bought size large and I wear a size 16 pre-pregnancy and they fit very well...even a little baggy still. So, they do run big. I love these pants though and would definitely recommend them.

Comfy, comfy, comfy. I can stretch and bend and breathe and work 13 hours in these SUPER comfy pants. I am tempted to wear them in the house and all the time. Can't believe I wanted until my second pregnancy to buy these. They are awesome.

I am 5'3" 140 pounds at 17 weeks pregnant. I normally wear a small and I got the extra small due to so many reviews of it running large. Fits perfectly now . The length is perfect when I bought the petite sizes. zThe panel is soft and roomy. There is a slight area below the belly band that is a bit hangy but i figure that I will need that when I am bigger and it is covered by the top now. These are super comfy and look so cute, and I believe it will have enough give to still look cute later in pregnancy! I much prefers these to the dickies maternity scrubs.

As soon as I got these I had to write a review. They are SO comfortable I may wear them after baby as well. I'm 5'6 and 120 pounds pre pregnancy and the small fits great all over. They stay up well without being too tight, have a cute flare leg with slit for shoes, and are flattering and comfortable in the butt and thighs. Not too tight, not too baggy. Just perfect! I'm 27 weeks now and should have plenty of room to grow as well. Other reviewers mentioned a baggy crotch area. This is true, but if you fold the belly panel under your stomach it disappears.

There are hardly any maternity scrub options, especially in tall inseams, so I hesitate to write any review! The Cherokee scrubs are fine but unflattering. (Do we care? A little.)

    Pro:
    -Comes in multiple inseams
    -Inexpensive - ish
    -Panel is comfortable
    -Has a leg pocket!

    Con:
-Saggy baggy crotch. Does not seem to matter if you size down. The thighs fit tighter, but the crotch is still baggy.
-Minimal color choices in alternate inseams. (Every brand has this problem)

My wife's regular cherokee scrubs were getting tight on her as she was getting more pregnant. She loves the fit of the original scrubs so she tried these. This is what she needed. These are the same great comfort with the belly panel built in. If you wear regular cherokee and get pregnant, try these.

I have thick thighs and read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered the same size as I would normally wear in Cherokee scrub pants and they fit great!!! The belly band is extremely comfortable and it has made my shift at work so much better. As was stated on the reviews there is a small pooch where the belly band ends and the pants begin, but hasn't been an huge issue for me and the trade off of not having my scrub pants irritate my tummy has been well worth it.

Maternity scrub pants can be difficult to find so these work for the purpose. However, I don't absolutely love them. I started wearing them at about 26 weeks. Pre-pregnancy I was 135 lbs and 5'6". They are a little bit shorter than I would want but they are still wearable. Also, the belly panel goes down a little bit too far. As long as your shirt is long enough, this is not a problem.
