These pants are the most comfortable scrub pants I own. The waist band is very soft and they are perfect. I have no trouble keeping them "up" like the tie waist band and they fit to size...maybe a bit long but do not touch the ground so that is fine.

These are very comfortable scrub pants. My only complaint is that they run a little large. I normally wear 4-6 in pants so I ordered the small, however they were too big. Exchanged for an x-small and they fit perfectly! Love these scrubs and have already gotten several compliments about how thin I look in them. Love the stretch band waist!

I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant and needed to buy new scrub pants but didn't want to spend a whole lot of money. There are perfect. Because they have a low waist and a fold-down band, they make perfect maternity scrubs. They're nice and light weight also, so they're not too hot when you're running around the hospital. They are true to size, so if you were a medium before pregnancy and haven't gotten too much bigger in other areas, you should be fine with a medium in these (I'm talking scrub sizes though, which generally run a bit large to begin with).
